Arms. Hurt.

Downside of keeping room so wonderfully cold at night: Ladder to get out of bed = metal = cold.

today's meal ideas are: bananas. because I bought some, but overnight they started to freeze in my too-cold fridge. The bananas are on my desk, the fridge setting as been turned down.
